Well, its here. The end of another year. 2019 what a whirlwind you have been, but we have loved every minute! Some of the highlights for us this year include hiring 2 new Techs ( Arvin & Mike), finalising our 2020 Community Project ( www.2gen.com.au/niominations for more info) Moving office, opening a small satellite office in NZ!!

There are so many people we would love to thank but a special thanks this year goes to our amazing bookkeeper Karen Unsworth from Eleventh Hour Bookkeeping  – https://www.eleventhhourbookeeping.com.au/ Karen has worked tirelessly throughout the year to make sure we have accurate reports, our suppliers are happy, our invoices are being paid and our payroll runs like clockwork! Thank you, Karen we appreciate, you!

Another special mention Goes to our buddy Michael who has been with 2Gen for almost 10 years! Michael is our longest standing employee and works so hard to make sure his ticket queues are always the lowest amongst our staff & that our customers are looked after and happy!! He is an asset to our business and we think he is tops!

Speaking of great we have great news! The Guys will be heading home the 20^th of December for a much-needed break and time with family and Friends! We will re-open 2Gen for business as usual 3^rd Of Feb 2020! (feels very strange typing 2020).

During this time we are pleased to advise that we will have emergency IT support available! Simply call our normal office hours on 07 5676 7240 and you will reach one of our team who will be able to help! Please be aware that after hours rates may apply so we can ensure our team member on call is getting paid well for his time during the festive season!
