Q: What area's on the Gold Coast do we provide IT support to?
A: We are based in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast and we provide onsite IT support from Beenleigh down to Currumbin. We also offer remote support to clients all around Australia, but are focused on support Gold Coast small businesses.
Q: What is our hourly rate?
A: We charge $140ex GST per hour for remote and onsite support, billed in 15 minute blocks.
Q: Are we Vaccinated?
A: Yip we are all vaccinated and follow appropriate workplace health and safety guidelines.
